Captain Dread meets with the admiral of Scrimshaw about their secret plans to take over. The admiral in disguise of course as to not give away his identity. He meets in a top secret suite in a villa by the shore. Dread's crew is entertained by slave dancers and given plenty to drink. Meanwhile, the governors daughter spies on the lot dressed as one of the dancers. Will the pirate Dread succeed in his evil plans of island domination or will the Governor's daughter succeed in her plans to foil him as a rogue spy.
